Cracked Heels Treatment. Heeltastic Review.
Cracked Heels. Why do we get them?
Heel problems are common and can be painful. Often, they result from too much stress on your heel bone and the tissues that surround it. That stress can come from
- Injuries
- Bruises that you get walking, running or jumping
- Wearing shoes that don’t fit or aren’t made well
- Being overweight
These can lead to tendinitis, bursitis and fasciitis, which are all types of inflammation of the tissues that surround your heel. Over time the stress can cause bone spurs and deformities. Certain diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout, can also lead to heel problems. Treatments for heel problems might include rest, medicines, exercises, taping and special shoes. Surgery is rarely needed.
Caring for your Feet and Heels
Your feet are your foundation in life. Almost every move you make begins with your feet. It’s estimated that the average person will walk the equivalent of twice around the world during the course of a life. Keeping your feet healthy is important to your health. And face it, if your feet don’t feel good, it’s hard for the rest of you to feel good.
If you experience any foot pain, you should see your physician immediately. Since your body is interconnected, foot pain can signal other problems. Conversely, a foot problem left untreated can cause problems in your knees, hips and back.
Here are some tips for maintaining healthy feet:
- Maintain your healthy weight. Any extra weight you carry places a strain on your feet. Being overweight increases your risk of heel pain and heel spurs, both of which can be debilitating.
- Wear proper-size shoes. Not all shoes are made alike; therefore you may not wear the same size in different brands of shoes. Purchase shoes late in the day, when feet tend to be larger than earlier in the day.
- Shoes should not be tight.
- Wear footwear appropriate for the activity. Wear shoes specifically designed for walking, running, aerobics, etc. when you’re doing those activities. Don’t wear shoes that are too tight, too worn or poorly constructed. Throw away any shoes that have excessive wear on the heels or soles.
- Listen to your feet. If you have foot pain, see your physician immediately.
- Cut toenails straight across. Never cut into the corners, which can cause ingrown toenails.
- Exercise. Walking can help you maintain your healthy weight and also help condition your feet, keeping the muscles and joints mobile. Prepare properly for exercise. Warm up and stretch before running.
- Hydrate your skin. Don’t ignore cracked heels. Excessive dryness can also cause fissures. Use a moisturizer to keep your feet soft and healthy.
- Cover up. Avoid walking barefoot to protect your feet from cuts, infections and injury.
- Shun the sun. Use sunscreen on your feet when you wear sandals.

Heeltastic is an Intensive Heel Therapy designed to help you get rid of your cracked heels.
Heel Tastic goes on like a stick of deodorant. It is waxy in texture and seems to melt when it’s on your skin. You don’t have to touch it when you apply it, but customers report that they have been rubbing it into the skin of my heels to achieve better results.

Does Heel tastic Work? Customer Reviews of Heeltastic.
Here are some independent Heel Tastic customer reviews we found on the web and on forums:
Karen – Heel tastic is the BEST!!I LOVE IT!! I have been using it for a month and my Heels are SMOOTH! THE BEST THING EVER INVENTED!
Kelli – I just purchased Heel tastic and have used it maybe 6 times. It is amazing stuff! My heels were pretty cracked and already look so much better. I have tried heel lotions, etc., but none have worked as well as Heel Tastic.
Patou – I have tried Dr. Scholl’s Cracked Heel Relief Cream and Flexitrol Heel Balm with no relief from my cracked heels. I purchased Heel tastic and within 1 week the dead, cracked skin had peeled of my heels and they are nice and soft now. Please don’t ever stop making this. For all you non believers– it really does work!!!!
Laura – I was skeptic as I am with most products. I had the worst looking cracked and peeling heels on the face of the earth. After 2 days — JUST 2 DAYS – my feet are totally changed and all dryness and cracks are gone! Most amazing product. I wish I had a before and after picture because I hardly believe it myself but its true.
I recommend this with 2 thumbs up! or 2 heels up! I have probably the most severe case of dry cracked heels, and this truly worked for me!
I started seeing results in a week or two. But the great results have taken the 2 months. My feet were about 100 times worse than the pictures in the advertisement too. They would literally put runs in nylons, be scratchy, and just overall ugly because the callouses would peel, leaving the deep cracks in my heels. Now, I’m so happy with the results, I can wear my sandals this summer with complete confidence!
Heeltastic Review. The Bottom Line
Does Heeltastic really work? Would we recommend using the Heeltastic heel stick? Yes, definitely!
Here’s why:
Heeltasttic roll-on treatment is not only a remedy for cracked heels but you can also use it to prevent getting them. Even if you only have a little bit of visible dry skin (going a bit white), a bit of Heeltastic will get rid of it for you.
Heeltastic can be used on dry elbows and knees as well.
It contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ingredients that penetrate deep – healing cracked heels and soothing dry skin all over. Not only that, but it maintains that soft, silky skin.
It is somewhat smelly but… so what?! Here’s what one customer has to say about the smell:
It has a bad smell of Shea Butter and other herbals. My dog runs away when she smells it. The packaging says it’s a pleasant smell. It’s not pleasant, it’s stinky. My husband doesn’t think it’s bad, but me and everyone else in my house thinks so. My 5 yr old, he will sniff it, then make gagging sounds, LOL
But, I will take the bad smell because this stuff really works! I had very severe dry cracked, calloused heels..the cracks were very deep. At some points during this past winter, they even bled. I started seeing results after a week or two, but the great results have taken two months. My heels are mostly normal looking. I’d say a 98% on my left heel and a 100% on my right.

Just bought this stuff and it is awesome! I have been through a lot of products that claim the same effect, but this one actually delivers 🙂
