i’ve actually read up on it and it sounds pretty healthy. it allows you to eat some food while still detoxing. the doctor who created it not only lost weight, but also eliminated headaches and allergies in himself, as well. with all of the chemicals we put into our bodies everyday, i think a good doctor-approved detox could be a good thing.
I have tried several other detox and lose weight programs with little success. With all the positive feedback this has received, I am definitely going to try it!
