Know thyself part II: a summer intern tests the waters of scientific research
In this follow-up visit, we check in with our summer intern to see how her research experience is progressing. Every year a select group of high school students forego the lazy days of summer to get to work on cutting edge research projects at Stanford University School of Medicine’s multiple internship programs. They follow their unique interests and passions and explore a variety of biomedical fields as they test the waters of a career in science.
