Alistrol Lower Blood Pressure NaturallyHigh blood pressure (also called hypertension) increases your chances of having a heart attack, heart failure, stroke, kidney disease, and other life-threatening illnesses.

Anyone can get it, and as you get older, the likelihood of your developing high blood pressure increases. If you are overweight or obese or if you have diabetes, the odds are even higher.

What is considered high blood pressure?

A blood pressure level of 140/90 mmHg or higher is considered high. About two-thirds of people over age 65 have high blood pressure. If your blood pressure is between 120/80 mmHg and 139/89 mmHg, then you have prehypertension. This means that you don’t have high blood pressure now but are likely to develop it in the future. You can take steps to prevent high blood pressure by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

High blood pressure causes

The causes of high blood pressure vary. Causes may include narrowing of the arteries, a greater than normal volume of blood, or the heart beating faster or more forcefully than it should. Any of these conditions will cause increased pressure against the artery walls. High blood pressure might also be caused by another medical problem. Most of the time, the cause is not known. Although high blood pressure usually cannot be cured, in most cases it can be prevented and controlled.

High blood pressure symptoms

High blood pressure is called “the silent killer” because there often are no symptoms. Your numbers are your only warning. Some patients do experience the typical signs of high blood pressure:
– headache
– dizziness
– pounding in the ears
– bloody nose

If you can just picture pressure in your head, then you would remember the signs of high blood pressure.

Systolic and diastolic high blood pressure

Systolic pressure is the force of blood in the arteries as the heart beats. It is shown as the top number in a blood pressure reading. High blood pressure is 140 and higher for systolic pressure. Systolic high blood pressure is the most common form in middle-aged or older people.

Diastolic pressure is the force of blood in the arteries as the heart relaxes between beats. It’s shown as the bottom number in a blood pressure reading.

The diastolic blood pressure has been and remains, especially for younger people, an important hypertension number. The higher the diastolic blood pressure the greater the risk for heart attacks, strokes and kidney failure. As people become older, the diastolic pressure will begin to decrease and the systolic blood pressure begins to rise and becomes more important.

High blood pressure chart

(Ages 18 Years and Older)

Normal Less than 120 Less than 80
Prehypertension 120-139 80-89

High Blood Pressure
Stage 1 140-159 90-99
Stage 2 Greater than 160 Greater than 100
*    For those not taking medicine for high blood pressure and not having a short-term serious illness. These categories are from the National High Blood Pressure Education Program.
**  Optimal blood pressure with respect to heart disease risk is below 120/80 mm Hg. However, unusually low readings should be evaluated for clinical significance.

High blood pressure medicine

There are several meds that can lower blood pressure. The one chosen depends on such things as: if you have other medical problems; if you take other medication; possible side-effects of the drug; your age; your ethnic origin; etc. Some medicines work well in some people, and not so well in others. One or two drugs may be tried before one is found to suit.

One medicine reduces high blood pressure to the target level in less than half of cases. It is common to need two or more different types to reduce high blood pressure to a target level. In about a third of cases, three medicines or more are needed to get blood pressure to the target level. In some cases, despite treatment, the target level is not reached. However, although to reach a target level is ideal, you will benefit from any reduction in blood pressure.

Sean Mahal – Alistrol is a suitable product for people looking to lower high blood pressure but must be informed that because it’s a natural herbal supplement, it takes at least 2 months before their BP goes down and stays down.

For me, it was 6 weeks of regular use of 6 capsules a day everyday before I saw significant gains. It has stayed down ever since and I do appreicate the benefits. I never had any side effects.

The reason why I chose Alistrol over all others was due to their certifications of which their competitors don’t have.

Samson Jones (Buffalo, NY) – Aaahhh Alistrol…this product has turned my world upside right!! No more constant headaches, night sweats, and a feeling like I am dragging a hundred pound bolder with me everywhere I go. I am forever grateful to the care team who got this product out there!
