I am a 47 yr old woman, who had a stent put in one of my arteries 3 months ago, and am now on : mild blood thinners, anti cholesterol tables, anti rejection tablets, and blood pressure tablets. I am not overwieght( 5ft 3, weight ,55 kilos)and apart from the heart attack I had, am normally very fit and healthy, but would like to do the grape fast for a week to clear my sytem. I am worried about going off the medication whilst doing it, and worried about any side effects that may happen during it. Any information you can give will be apreciated.
