All I can say is 'wow'! I knew that my bad posture was causing a lot of back and neck pain for me, but I had no idea that improving my posture would help me as much as it has. I wear my PostureNOW for about a half hour, in the mornings when I take a walk on the treadmill and the difference has been amazing. My pain has decreased by 90% at least, and I've also just felt better and more energetic in general. Highly recommended!!! 5 Stars!!! I recommend it every time someone asks about posture correction. If it doesn't work, then that means the person is in need of a more serious medical intervention and a posture brace is not enough. I bought one for myself and one for my wife. She is a lot more regular about wearing it than I am, but we've both improved our posture from using it. I've had back pain for years, mainly from working at a desk for all of my career. But a couple weeks after starting to use the PostureNOW I noticed my back didn't hurt as much and I didn't wake up with a sore neck anymore. Long story short, my wife and I both love the product and even though it's really simple (why didn't I think of it myself??) we deffinitely recommend it to our friends. I like the PostureNOW a lot. I am a work at home mom, so most of the time, if I'm not sitting at my computer I'm carrying babies around. I am just too busy with other things to think about sitting up straight or pulling my shoulders back and I was really starting to hunch. This has been a godsend for me. I am seeing great improvement in my posture. My family even commented on it at Thanksgiving dinner. So now, I've bought a PostureNow for most of my family :-) To anyone who is in doubt I say - give it a go, you won't be sorry! I had tried other posture correction braces but this is the one that did it for me. Great product, I agree.
